About the programme
Blended e-based learning (videos and CPD modules) with a face-to-face, patient focussed, interactive workshop in Birmingham on the 20th of June. The programme provides practical answers to critical issues in the daily care of patients with chronic conditions seen in primary care including:

Three 20 minute video tutorials with the experts providing key messages and need-to-know information. Each is accompanied by a self-test CPD module to test your understanding and gain CPD points. |

One day, patient-focussed, case-study led interactive workshop. Tuesday 20th June 2023 at Novotel, Broad Street, Birmingham. Translating the knowledge into your day-to-day practice. All FREE to access with CPD points for participation. |
